WOUNDED WARRIOR ARTIST SIGN-UP

As a wounded warrior myself, I fully understand the value of Art Therapy. Through many programs offered by the VA I found physical activity and creating to be the best way to feed my soul and quite my mind. I personally would like to extend and invitation to all Warriors that have creations that they would like to share to the public. My goal with this gallery is to offer the public a glimpse of our dedication through the creations we have made during our most troubled times. We believe putting money back in our veteran's pocket should be every one's responsibility SO PLEASE APPLY!!!!

By filling this application out, I the Veteran Artist understands that if approved my ART/HOBBY piece
or pieces can be sold either in store or online for the amount of no more or no less than $100.00. I also
understand that if an ART/HOBBY piece of mine is sold than the pay out will be as follows:

$70.00 To the Veteran Artist
$10.00 To the Wounded Warrior Project
$10.00 To the Central Oregon Veteran's Outreach program
$10.00 donated to a Non For Profit of his or her choice
